Anil Kumar
An Industrial Engineer from IIT-Roorkee, Anil Kumar’s experience in the industry spans over 26 years. Part of the top management of ETA, he is the backbone of ETA’s Industrial practice group.
Mr. Kumar started his career in Industrial Engineering, moved to management consultancy and subsequently worked on Projects & Managements Services. For the last 10 years, he has been in the profession of Executive Search & Selection wherein he has handled a multitude of assignments at middle & senior level with major focus on Engineering, Infrastructure, Process & Automotive Industry.
Mr. Kumar has had over 4 years of stint with India's largest executive search firm wherein he was heading their Industrial Practice.
He has been primarily responsible for client development & search execution activities for industrial & consumer businesses. Functionally, Mr Kumar focusses on senior & mid-level assignments. Anil Kumar leads client development efforts & search execution for clients ranging in size from large, publicly held corporations to small, independant or family-owned organizations.
An artist by nature, peace loving, a man of strong principles, he likes to paint & watch cricket.
Pradeep Sahay
An alumnus of BITS( Pilani) , PGDMM, he has around 14 years of experience spanning marketing/ market research, professional services industry. Pradeep has a rich experience of over 10 years in recruitment consulting ,working alongside diverse industry / client segments specifically in the IT & Telecom domain.
Has successfully managed the recruitment initiatives of MNC software groups, progressive IT/Telecom companies: both domestic and overseas. He possesses extensive knowledge of the Indian IT market place: trends, technologies and companies.
Prior to joining ETA he was heading the IT/Telecom practice of Datamatics Staffing Services, part of the Datamatics group, among India’s leading IT & consulting firms , for the northern region.
A well rounded professional, he is known to forge enduring client relationships.
An avid reader, Pradeep is a regular contributor of articles/ book reviews in leading dailies viz. Economic Times, Times Of India. His other leisurely pursuits include music, solving crosswords.
K.Shankar Raman
K.Shankar Raman is a PG in HRM and an alumni of IIM(Ahmedabad). He has over thirty years experience of which twenty six years have been in executive search selection and HR Consulting. He has worked extensively and intensively in Northern and Southern India and has an excellent track record in building client and candidate relationships. In addition to significantly contributing growth at Delhi, he has initiated and scaled up operations across Southern states.
He has worked in reputed organisations like Management Development Institute,Escorts Ltd, Omam Consultants Pvt Ltd and ABC Consultants Pvt Ltd. He enjoys a good reputation for his professional competence and ability to build, lead and coach high performing delivery oriented teams.
